Zaahr Inc. is an independent software company based in Ottawa, Canada. This page collects the corporate identification, intellectual-property notices, and reporting channels that apply to zaahr.com and to the company directly. Each Zaahr software product publishes its own privacy policy and end-user license agreement on that product's own site.

Trademarks

“Zaahr™,” the Zaahr logo, and Zaahr product names (including DayReplay™) are trademarks of Zaahr Inc. Use of these marks without prior written consent — including in product names, comparison copy, paid advertising, or social-media handles — is not authorized. Editorial and descriptive use (news articles, reviews, blog posts identifying the company or its products fairly) is welcome and does not require permission, subject to honest representation.

Third-party trademarks

zaahr.com and Zaahr's products reference the following trademarks owned by third parties. Each mark is the property of its respective owner; reference here is for descriptive or compatibility purposes and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

IP / copyright takedown

If you believe content distributed by Zaahr Inc. — on zaahr.com or by any Zaahr product — infringes your copyright or trademark, send a written notice to admin@zaahr.com with [IP NOTICE] in the subject line. Include:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or trademark interest.
2. A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim has been infringed.
3. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located — the URL on zaahr.com, or, for product-specific material, the product's URL plus the file or artifact identifier.
4. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or trademark owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner of the right at issue or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Product-specific notices may be sent to the product's own published IP-takedown contact (e.g. dayreplay.app/legal for DayReplay) where one exists; both channels reach the same corporate-counsel review.

We will review and act on properly-formed notices in a reasonable time, which may include removing or disabling access to the disputed material pending resolution. Counter-notices may be submitted to the same address with [IP COUNTER-NOTICE] in the subject.

Security & responsible disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability in zaahr.com or any Zaahr product, email admin@zaahr.com with [SECURITY] in the subject line and steps to reproduce. We commit to:

• Acknowledging receipt within two business days.
• Keeping you informed of investigation and resolution progress.
• Acting in good faith with respect to coordinated disclosure — we will not pursue legal action against security researchers who comply with this policy (test only against your own accounts / assets, do not access or modify other users' data, do not exfiltrate data beyond what is needed to demonstrate the vulnerability, and report through this channel before disclosing publicly).
• Crediting reporters in any public advisory or release notes if they wish.

Export & sanctions compliance

Zaahr Inc. products are productivity tools that do not embed restricted cryptographic primitives beyond what is built into the host operating system. Zaahr does not knowingly provide its software to parties on Canadian, U.S., U.K., or E.U. sanctions lists, or in countries subject to comprehensive sanctions by those jurisdictions. By installing or using a Zaahr product you confirm that you are not a sanctioned party and that doing so does not violate applicable export-control law in your jurisdiction.
